    FlexPrep is based in Houston, Texas and was originally founded in 2016 to help Amazon Sellers prepare inventory for FBA and handle FBA Removal Orders.

    Founded as FBAFlexPrep in 1,300 SF warehouse offering FBA Prep & FBA Removal services.

    2018

    Expanded to 5,000 SF warehouse.

    2019

    Expanded to 14,000 SF warehouse. Covid-19 hit. We began offering Multi-Channel Order Fulfillment services.

    2024

    A challenging year that somehow resulted in expansion to 42,000 SF+ warehouses.

    2025

    Acquired our first warehouse propert and launched FlexPrep Spaces.
